Damson Jam

Discovered a damson tree in the garden so attempted to make jam for the very first time. Two burnt fingers later I have also discovered it’s a dangerous business, but a very satisfying one. Laying down my ladle, I rewarded myself with a flick through Vogue, only to find I am the height of fashion - jam making is the next big thing apparently..!
