Audrey’s is the oldest chocolatier in Sussex, founded in 1948. In 1961, it was bought by William & Clarice Pain, who supplied chocolates to Fortnum & Mason. Remarkably, some of William's tools and equipment are still in use at Audrey’s today.

Like Scribble & Daub, Audrey’s is a family-run East Sussex business, dedicated to preserving artisan skills and making the finest quality, hand-crafted products.
