Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoters

This competition is jointly organized by:

Scribble & Daub Limited, Langton House, 81 High Street, Battle, TN33 0QA, United Kingdom.

Audrey's Chocolate (AW Confectionery OpCo) 28 Holland Road, Hove, BN3 1JJ, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Scribble & Daub Limited, Audrey's Chocolate (AW Confectionery OpCo), their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The competition will commence on Friday 27th March and will close at 11:59 PM on Monday 30 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form available at www.scribbleanddaub.com/competition, providing their name and email address. Participants may also choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Scribble & Daub and/or Audrey's Chocolate (AW Confectionery OpCo) by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.

5. Prize

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Scribble & Daub Limited and Audrey's Chocolate (AW Confectionery OpCo) reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within 10 days of the competition closing. The winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the notification, Scribble & Daub reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by Scribble & Daub Limited for the purposes of administering the competition. Participants who opt-in to receive marketing communications from Scribble & Daub and/or Audrey's Chocolate consent to their data being used for this purpose.

Participants who opt-in to receive communications from Audrey's Chocolate acknowledge that their data will be shared with Audrey's Chocolate (AW Confectionery OpCo) for this purpose. Both Scribble & Daub Limited and Audrey's Chocolate will process personal data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Participants have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the respective company.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scribble & Daub Limited and Audrey's Chocolate accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

9. General

Scribble & Daub Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
