Our studio is open from Monday to Friday and we aim to send all orders within 2 working days. At busier times, or if an item is out of stock, this may take a little longer - please always add a note at checkout if your order is urgent or required by a specific date and we will do everything we can to ensure it arrives in time.
We wrap all your orders in layers of brightly coloured tissue paper with love and care at our Sussex studio. We only use plastic free, biodegradable, recycled or recyclable packaging.
UK - FREE over £30
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and should arrive in 1-3 working days. There is a flat fee of £5 for orders below £30. The same rates apply to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Europe - FREE over €50 / £50
Eurozone orders ship free by Express over €50 (€14.95 below that). Orders to the rest of Europe ship free over £50 (£15 below that), and to Switzerland and Liechtenstein free over CHF 50 (CHF 15 below that). Duties and customs are included.
US / Canada - FREE over $100 / CA$100
Orders over $100 / CA$100 ship free by Express and usually arrive in 2-4 business days. Below that, US delivery is $20 (Standard) or $35 (Express), and Canadian delivery is CA$20 by Express.
We are pleased to say that thanks to our delivery partners we can send US orders of printed paper goods tariff and duty-free, and there should not be any additional charge on your order. Please be aware there may still be customs charges applied for non-printed items such as streamers & garlands, confectionery, pens, and any other non-printed items.
Rest of the World - FREE over £175
Standard delivery is free on orders over £175. Below that, delivery is £25 (Australia and New Zealand £15 by Economy), with Express available for £40.

Buy any six cards or decorations and one will automatically be deducted FREE at checkout, no code required. Offer only applies to six decorations or six cards, not a combination of both. This offer can be redeemed as many times as you wish in a single, or subsequent transactions.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by email to arrange a return. Please send your order back in the same packaging in pristine condition within 14 days of sale and we will offer you a full refund, excluding postage costs.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and are recommended to use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. Any goods returned which are not in the condition in which they were sent will not be refunded. Regretfully we are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke or commissioned items.
