Our studio is open from Monday to Friday and we aim to send all orders within 2 working days. At busier times, or if an item is out of stock, this may take a little longer - please always add a note at checkout if your order is urgent or required by a specific date and we will do everything we can to ensure it arrives in time.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by email to arrange a return. Please send your order back in the same packaging in pristine condition within 14 days of sale and we will offer you a full refund, excluding postage costs.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and are recommended to use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. Any goods returned which are not in the condition in which they were sent will not be refunded. Regretfully we are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke or commissioned items.
