Audrey’s is the oldest chocolatier in Sussex, founded in 1948 by William Pain, a trainee chocolatier at Fortnum & Mason, who then went on to supply that famous emporium with his chocolates. Remarkably, some of his tools and equipment are still in use at Audrey’s today!
