Delivery Information

The studio will close for Christmas on Friday 19 December 2025 and re-open on 5th January 2026. All orders made over the festive period will be sent from this date.

International - 15 December
UK - Midnight on 18 December 

Our studio is open from Monday to Friday and we aim to send all orders within 2 working days. At busier times, or if an item is out of stock, this may take a little longer - please always add a note at checkout if your order is urgent or required by a specific date and we will do everything we can to ensure it arrives in time.

We wrap all your orders in layers of brightly coloured tissue paper with love and care at our Sussex studio.

We only use plastic free, biodegradeable, recycled or recyclable packaging.

UK Shipping - FREE over £30 

All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive in 1-2 days.

There is a flat fee of £5 for all orders below £30.

EU Shipping - FREE over 50 Euros

All orders shipped with UPS.

All taxes and duties paid at checkout for orders under 150 Euros (excluding shipping and taxes). Orders under 150 Euros also benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times. 

US / CAN - Free postage over $75

All orders currently shipped with Royal Mail - please allow up to 2 weeks.

We are pleased to say that thanks to our delivery partners we can send US orders of printed paper goods tariff and duty-free, and there should not be any additional charge on your order. 

Parcels may take slightly longer to arrive than previously, so please do order in good time and let us know if you need something by a particular date. Please be aware there may still be customs charges applied for non-printed items such as streamers & garlands, confectionary, pens, and any other non-printed items.

For orders below this value delivery is £25 by Courier (allow 2-3 days) with the option to upgrade to Express.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by email to arrange a return. Please send your order back in the same packaging in pristine condition within 14 days of sale and we will offer you a full refund, excluding postage costs.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and are recommended to use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. Any goods returned which are not in the condition in which they were sent will not be refunded. Regretfully we are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke or commissioned items.
