Audrey’s is the oldest chocolatier in Sussex, founded in 1948 by William Pain, a trainee chocolatier at Fortnum & Mason, who then went on to supply that famous emporium with his chocolates. Remarkably, some of his tools and equipment are still in use at Audrey’s today!
Renowned for their handmade chocolates, created with traditional methods and the finest ingredients, Audrey’s is now use only Valrhona chocolate, renowned for its quality and being 100% traceable from cocoa bean to chocolate, and is a palm oil–free business.
