We are happy to colour match to your event and if you cannot see the colour you want here, please do get in touch.

If your handwriting is not ready to appear in public, please choose the hand-lettered option and leave a note of the names you would like added at checkout and Caroline will handwrite these for you using a traditional dip pen and ink

Our studio is open from Monday to Friday and we aim to send all orders within 2 working days. At busier times, or if an item is out of stock, this may take a little longer - please always add a note in your basket if your order is urgent or required by a specific date and we will do everything we can to ensure it arrives in time.

UK Shipping - FREE over £30

All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive in 1-3 working days. There is a flat fee of £5 for all orders below £30.

EU Shipping - FREE over €50 (£50 outside the eurozone)

All orders shipped by Royal Mail with duties and customs included.

US / Canada - FREE over $100 / CA$100

Orders over $100 / CA$100 ship free by Express and usually arrive in 2-4 business days.
