Audrey’s is the oldest chocolatier in Sussex, founded in 1948 by William Pain, who began his chocolate training at Fortnum & Mason. Remarkably, some of his tools and equipment are still in use at Audrey’s today! Like Scribble & Daub, Audrey’s is a family-run East Sussex business, dedicated to preserving artisan skills and making the finest quality, hand-crafted products.
Renowned for their handmade chocolates, created with traditional methods and the finest ingredients, Audrey’s is now use only Valrhona chocolate, renowned for its quality and being 100% traceable from cocoa bean to chocolate, and is a palm oil–free business.
